As the club is re-opening for tennis on Friday this week, and as it appears you've never logged-in to the club's booking system website, we thought it would be good to send you a reminder of your login details.

In terms of "track and trace" members are asked to show their playing partner's name on the booking. While showing a person's name on the booking sheet could be considered a breach of GDPR rules, meaning that anyone named should have given prior agreement to their name being shown, it is considered that "track and trace" is more important and therefore you have been treated as agreeing to your name being shown . If you do not wish your name to be shown you should email me and your record will be updated to that effect.
